Yes! We’re currently still able to accept orders and ship internationally. We’d recommend ordering to addresses that you know you’ll be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access.

SIZING & RETAIL
Sizing varies between items so we recommend you to carefully review our sizing chart.
Unfortunately, we can not provide customization due to the manufacturing process we employ.
We recommend hand washing them under cold/cool water. We recommend washing this sleeve inside-out.
We have provided a comprehensive sizing guide that covers nearly every arm size, but if you are between sizes or not sure which one to go with; we recommend sizing down to provide a tight fit around the elbow.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
After your order is placed, it takes up to 24 business hours for us to process and ship your order from our warehouse in New Jersey. In 95% of cases that means your order will ship the following business day (with the rare exception being holidays).
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping on all orders.
You will be charged when you place your order.
For all shipped packages, we’ll send you the tracking number via email so you can see where your order is.
We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive in our warehouse so refer to the product page at time of order for expected wait times. We will ship out your pre ordered items within 1-2 business days after they become available at our warehouse
Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address or modify the items in the order. If you have any questions, reach out to us on our contact form.
To request a cancellation, reach out to us on our contact form. However, we cannot guarantee an order cancellation which is dependent on where the order is in the shipping process.
We will email you the tracking number for your package once it leaves our warehouse.
If you entered wrong information while checking out please email support immediately so we can change the information before shipping out your order. If we have already sent you an email with tracking information, it is too late to update any false information given at checkout.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Our policy lasts 30 days after your order was placed. If 30 days have gone by from the date of your order, then we can’t offer you a refund/exchange.
- If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
- Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.
- All items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
- Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or sweat cannot be accepted.
- We do not accept returns for Sale/Clearance items.
- We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
- If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, reach out to us on our contact form with a photo of the damage, or the incorrect item, as well as your order number. We’ll handle it from there!

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you.
Please send all returns, with the packing slip/order number, and tags attached to us.
It takes 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your item(s) & then up to 7 business days to refund your purchase to your original method of payment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges for any purchased items. Due to the limited nature of products, we do not have inventory for size exchanges. Please double check our sizing and garment details prior to ordering.
Packages will be processed on a first come basis. Please allow up to 7 business days for our return department to process your refund. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (1-5 business days). Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us below.
